Required Documents

All the documents should be in English or translated into English

Undergraduate and Master Students:

1. Proof of registration at the Home University - one of the Partner Institutions (TG 1 and in some cases TG 3)

    or at another Higher Education Institution  (TG 2 and in some cases TG 3)

    e.g. a copy of a student ID, certificate

    Those who have already graduated and are applying for a full degree programme do not need to submit this document.

2. Copy of a Passport or another ID

3. Transcripts of records and Bachelor diploma for the master level/ students of the last year of Bachelor programmes: information on the programme and expected date of graduation

4. Translation into English of the above
    At this stage, translation can be verified by the Home University.

5. Language certificate (according to the requirements of each receiving university)

6. Proposed Learning Agreement, at this stage signed by the Applicant only. 

Please go to the website of the university you are applying to and find courses that you would like to take when on echange and that will be 
accepted by your Home University. The final Learning Agreement will be signed at a later stage.

Applicants for full degree should at least write the name of the Programme they are applying for.

10. Optionally: recommendation letters and other supportive documents, e.g. honours, awards, internship/work certificates, if relevant: proof of disability
